EFT Tapping is a rapid and powerful mind-body therapy that uses acupressure points while focussing on the issue to be address, to alleviate anxiety, stress and other challenging emotions.

Reiki is a natural healing energy that works on every level and reported benefits include greater ability to relax, stress reduction, support for the the healing of the automatic nervous system and physical ailments, and improved sleep. In a Reiki healing session we will discuss your healing requirements. After a guided relaxation meditation, I will very gently and unobtrusively place my hands either on or just above your body to sense blocks in your energy field and move the energy for the greatest good of your health and well being.

Using therapeutic shamanism techniques and working collaboratively with spirit guides and the client to identify and heal energetic causes of illness.
Not all issues we experience have a spiritual cause, but shamanic healing can often help with many emotional problems, anxiety, feelings of being stuck, medically unexplained physical pain, negative patterns of behaviour.
Techniques may include:

soul retrieval to bring back soul parts that left or were sent away during traumatic experiences.
